Health Coaches guide you through self-healing by creating a space where you can focus on what YOU are feeling and what YOUR body is telling you. There are no strict diets, no specific foods to eat, and no one is telling you how to live each day. Through careful exploration of your own stressors, sleep, finances, relationship(s), spirituality and everything that impacts your life daily, you can learn how these impact what foods you put on your plate. This 6-week course will be a broad overview of some of the topics that would be covered in a Health Coaching session. Bring your thoughts, ideas, questions and enthusiasm for new recipes as each class will showcase a specific topic and then have time for round-table discussions and recipes for healthier eating!
