Learn to listen to your body for what it wants and needs. Using Kripalu Yoga techniques, learn your own version of postures with modifications as needed. Yoga helps with stress relief; better breathing; increase in strength and flexibility; improved circulation; cardiovascular conditioning; inner peace and more. (All classes will be designed to meet the needs of Beginning yogis and Advanced Beginners practicing yoga). Drop ins welcome @ $8/class. Bring a mat and wear comfortable clothes. Alicia has dedicated over 20 years researching natural and alternative forms of healing, and her objective is to help others cut through all of the misinformation and confusion in order to responsibly follow a holistic and natural, sensible, empowered existence. There is a middle road between medicine and nature, and Alicia is here to help you find it. Class meets every other Saturday: 3/30, 4/13, and 4/17.

Utah Non-Resident Concealed Carry

When combined with your Maine concealed firearms permit, 34 states recognize your right to conceal carry. This class gives you the required knowledge to apply for a Utah permit (additional cost). The application, signed by the instructor, is proof of successful completion required by Utah. In order to receive the permit from Utah the student must also be able to pass a federal background check. There are no firearms allowed in the classroom. Prerequisites are a Maine Resident Permit to Carry a Concealed Firearm and a Maine Driver?s License or other Maine State ID proving residence. If the student is from out of state then their concealed permit must be from that state. You must be 21 years old to enroll.
