These sessions are meant to assist participants with understanding the disease and the emotions that accompany caring for and loving an addict or an alcoholic. Resources and approaches for assistance and support will be shared during discussions.
Your instructor is an RN, a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Life Coach and has worked in the addiction recovery field as for over 20 years. She is eager to share knowledge, experience, and hope, and to decrease stigma, pain, shame and loss.
