CNA Recertification Exam

Are you a former CNA and currently "inactive" on the state registry? Apply to the Registry for reinstatement and take your exam in Sullivan.
Once you apply to the Registry for reinstatement and are listed as "pending reinstatement" on the State of Maine CNA Registry website, you can take your recertification test. This includes a written test and a skills demonstration. We can assist you with a study guide.
The recertification cost covers both the written test (100 questions, multiple choice) and the skills assessment (5 skills done with an RN clinical instructor).
Application:
We offer testing once a month or 2-hour appointments when requested. These are available on a first-come, first served basis. Pre-registration and payment is required in advance.
