Let's Get Fit and Stay Fit Session 2

with Donna Abbott


This low impact workout allows you to work at your own pace and level. It is 50-60 minutes of just moving, adding some light weights (or not), using stretch tubing for resistance training and incorporating an abdominal workout and flexibility stretches. Anyone can do this. Class meets two times a week and includes holidays and school vacations. All levels welcome. Please bring a floor mat and 1-5 lb. weights. No senior discount. Drop-ins welcome @ $5 per class.
