Your certificate of completion allows you to access special loan programs through MSHA, FHA, and VA and is good for two years.
This class is offered to make you a wiser consumer, when, and if, you purchase a home. You are under no obligation to purchase a home. If you choose to, you are free to use any lending institution, real estate agent, or other professional.
